Mosaic MIMIC

The SACO make mosaic tiles are made out of polycarbonate ( MAKROLON) with frame retardant and self extinguishing properties and are available in various colours and sizes like 24 x 24, 24 x 48, 48 x 48 The material exhibits high thermal resistance of 100 deg c continuous and 125 deg C intermittent. The surface is non reflective, anti-static, smooth and highly resistant to ultra violet rays. This is certified for nuclear power stations mimic panel fabrications

The functional tiles are available in various combinations of Push buttons, Indicating lamps and combination of both, Semaphore indicators, Switches in sizes of 24 x 24, 48 x 24, 24 x 48. The DPM meters are also available in sizes of 24 x 48.

The Grids are made out of precision di-casted zinc alloy, Zemac, The grids are manufactured in the sizes of 288 x 288 (apprx 1 ft) and can be assembled in any 90 degree orientation. The Grid modules are available in straight and skewed sections
